In the study, it was found out that a diet rich in cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower) increased the production of this enzyme while a diet heavy in apiaceous vegetables  (carrots, celery) reduced CYP1A2. If you are hoping for immediate treatment of coffee jitters and try chowing down some broccoli, well digestion doesn’t work that way. Though broccoli helps the enzyme production you still have to go through the process of it breaking down and absorbing the food which could take at least eight hours. If you’re prone to overcaffeinated, eat some broccoli now to prevent tweaking.
